In love with pics

I love to take pictures (obviously).. i'm not a proffessional or anything.. i just enjoy flicking away with my cyber shot.. no fancy equipment or anything..

after i've started this blog my love for taking picture grew alot and now i'm considering taking classes and study the art of photography.. and then i'll buy me one of those paparazzi's cameras and carry it all around town ;P
but being the lazy person that i am i guess this dream might take a while to become true ;P

I especially like the effect polaroid's give to a picture.. so full of light with a retro feel to it.. just amazing.. do regular cameras have such features?! or only plaroids have this effect? oo do u know where can i get a polaroid here in kuwair??

I Know I look great when: i'm wearing someting i reeeally like.. and when my hair falls the right way.. just like enchanteurs said.. hair really makes the difference..

Smart travel tip: u have an item that gets too wrinkled?? roll it when packed.. and b4 wearing it, run the shower's water on hot water, wait for the steam to come up, then put the item in a place where the steam y7ooshah and voila! a steam iron! ;P

To me summer means: swimming, tanning and icecream ;)

2nd cooking attempt

so now i'm making a cheesecake.. it's my 2nd attempt after the 1st one that i've posted about a while ago.. and so far not good!

it's in the oven now oo i don't know shloon a3arif enna it's done!
my sis tells me that it mustn't be that shakey but it is.. oo that the toothpick must come out almost dry but it isn't! oo i'm afraid if i wait longer the biscuits layer ti7tirig! =(

3ad it's a snickers cheesecake shakilha eshawig! =S

oh well.. i guess i have to give up on my deam of being a chef =/

i'll let u know how it turned out.. wish me luck ;p

Wana 3abaly a new habbah!

I was stopping at a traffic light when i glanced at the car next to me then back again at the traffic light.. few seconds later i was thinking chinna fe shay '3ala6? i looked again to my right and to me surprise the guy behind the wheel was wearing a white 3gaal!!

so i did a quick search about it and found out that il 3gaal used to be white until ppl switched to black after the defeat of arabs in palestine to express their sorrow... very interesting!

Pink it was love at 1st sight

Our tree has bloomed!
and it's the 1st time since we planted it almost a year and a half ago.. ya7laiha kbarat ;P

i noticed this on thursday oo i was sooo happy i had to take some pics.. the colour of the flowers is just amaaaaazing and quite a surprise coz i thought that it produces white flowers..
and as the title suggests Aerosmith's song keeps on playing in my head whenever i see the plant!

What kind of salad is this?

Hubby mishtirik fe Diet Care for almost a month now.. they give him a menue and he chooses what he wants for breakfast, lunch and dinner.. and for everytime he chooses rocca salad they put lettuce and rocca is nowhere to be seen!!!

when he asked for an explanation they said that it's because they are looking for quality and there's no good rocca available in the market (!)
but i think that it might be because rocca is more expensive?!?
le2ana mo ma3qolah ena the quality is bad coz i see it bil supermarkets oo i use it o mafeeh shay!!

ok let's say we beleive their excuse, why don't they remove it from the menu?!
the didn't even bother themselves to change the sticker!

i was on my way back home driving at 40 oo the traffic was unbearable (as usual) oo on the side of the road 3ala 7arat il aman was a police car parked and the police officer was standing outside his car drinking water.. as soon as he's done with his bottle he threw it on the floor!!!!

whaaaaat?! come on! ur supposed to be a role model.. i mean ask a kid what he whants to be when he grows up and his answer would probably be a policeman.. what if he saw u?? he'd think it's ok to do so!

this incident happened along time ago.. but i remembered it 2day when i saw a guy emptying his 6afayah 3ala il shari3.. why ya rabby why do u want ur country to look filthy??



head to the beach after a weekend oo see the litter all over the beach.. ma yubga goo6y 3a9eer wala gir6as mo mag6oo6.. r u too lazy to pick up ur wu9a5 oo il trash bin is only 2 steps away??

i think that a law should be imposed to fine every person seen throwing garbage a decent amount 3alashan e7arrim ewa9i5 il deerah..

Bubbles nail spa

Reading about bubbles on 248am made me wanna check it out myself.. so a few days ago i went to give it a try.. and it was a wonderful experience..

i tried their bubblicious mani&pedi which was very good..
the seat was comfy, ur surrounded by pillows, a bag of hot stones around ur neck .. very relaaaaxing!
the massage was so-so but i loved the treatment oo the staff felt professional.. unfortunately, the nail polish colour choices were a bit limited..

overall it was gooood.. oh and i liked how the drying station comes to u! so u don't have to get up from ur seat!

and when they finished they put the stuff they used in a plastic bag for me to take home! (next time i'll take them with me so that they can reuse them.. coz i think that opening a new kit each time is bad for the environment)



the place is very well decorated.. i loved the colour combinations..
it's located in al-jassim tower which is a new building awal marrah ad5alah.. still not fully opened..

in my opion it's a bit overpriced .. but it is worth visiting every once in a while when u feel like pampering urself..

oo law b3dain i had to get up for any reason i must go to the bathroom again! 7atan law ma 6afat 5 min wila i can't sleep!

4. when i see an open plug socket i have to close it! be it at work, other houses, hospitals ma tafrig 3indy .. a plug socket should be 3al off if no one is using it!



5. i always blow in the cup befor pouring whatever in it! laish?? 3ashan etha fee ashya2 9'3eerah ma tinshaf et6eer!! hehe

6. galbi e3awirny etha a7ad sha5ba6 on my papers! mathalan awal bil jam3a etha ri7t 3ind il dr. abeeh yishra7ly shay o misak qalam oo gam esha55i6 on my paper a3a9ib!!
it has to be only me who scribbles on it.. oo this is still happening with me here at work.. i thought it would end after graduation =S

Krispy kreme at your doorsteps?!

I found this flyer today.. apparently, krispy kreme now has delivery!
but don't get too excited, coz they only deliver to il 5aldeya, kaifan and il shamiyah..
i phoned them up 2 check if there is a minimum amount for ordering but it turned out enna there isn't...

i'm not a big fan of krispy kreme in kuwait.. i think that there is something different in the taste here.. did u notice that? aw bs chithy nafsiyan a7isah '3air?!
