according to a survey that I came across on msn's site done to 1000 adults, 1 in every 5 admits to peeing in public pools!!

I don't like swimming in public pools sasan.. I'm not saying that I never did.. I do swim in public pools in rare occasions when abroad and only if the pool ma feeh wayd yahal 3alashan hal salfah.. I find it really disturbing that its very common among adults.. ashwanni I always prefer the sea!

In the past couple of weeks I had some work in another office. Whenever I come and go there fee a cleaning worker bil madkhal oo gabil cham youm 9idaf enna he’s with me bil elevator:

Worker: enta ay balad?
JE: Kuwait
Worker: wayd zain fe wahid shugul a7san min ga3ad bait.
JE: ee a7san.

Today morning on my way in I saw him:

Worker: Shloooooonik zaaain?
JE: 7imdillah enta shloonik
Worker: enta lazim ya36y baqsheesh wa7id dinar.
JE: (ana hny ma fahamt shino gal) shino?
Worker: lazim ya36y baqsheesh wa7id dinar. Enta Kuwaiti nafar!

My reaction was like a big “!”

That was the funniest thing I heard in a while!
What if I’m Kuwaiti? am I supposed to be a walking cash machine??
It’s not about the 1kd, it’s a small amount that I can give it to him if i want to.. It’s about how he asked for it and his perception of Kuwaitis. Chinna being a “Kuwaiti nafar” obliges me to give him some money!

Strange habbits?!

I love food.. and i'm not the kind of person that eats fast, i think of eating fast as a waste of il ni3ma illy god gave to us.. we should enjoy every spoonful and take time to appreciate it!!

most people i know finish their plate in 10 minutes, why are they in such a hurry?!
they also say that i'm really slow and have the weirdest habbits in eating, but it's just because (as i said before) i love to enjoy food.. plus that's the healthy way of eating, right? ;)

however, i do have certain habbits.. for example, it has got to be the right amount of daqoos mixed with il machboos.. and i always eat the thing i like most at the end , saving the best for last! =D

what brought this subject up?

i was eating skittles and i ALWAYS eat it in this order:
orange, purple, red, yellow, then the best flavor, the green one!

hmm .. come to think of it, i might be a tiny bit weird!
